
WHAT IS ASSISTED STRETCHING?
Stretching is the one part of fitness that we all know we should do, but just don’t. For many of us, stretching is boring and we are not always sure that it is working. During Assisted Stretch, we will lead you through a full range of joint movements and targeted muscle lengthening, unlocking a level of stretching depth you could never achieve on your own.

HOW DOES THE ASSISTED STRETCH SESSION WORK?
For your session, please wear comfortable yoga/gym clothes and socks. Based on analysis of your movement and personal goals, we design a Stretch Plan to meet your needs and track your progress. Assited Stretch is performed a treatment table where you are guided through a wide range of movements to address virtually every muscle. The Assisted Stretches are always pain-free and you as the recipient are always in control of the stretch intensity. This pain-free approach is essential because only a fully relaxed nervous system will allow the muscles to relax into stretch. That’s why we call it Smart Stretch!
