Yoga Alliance education for teachers at 200, 300, and 500 Hours and Continued Education in specialty categories, Adarsh offers full training and ongoing mentoring to teachers and studios. Custom programs available.
Hands-On, Assisted Stretch
Body Reading and Movement Screening form the foundation of these In-Person sessions with Adarsh. Hands-on bodywork includes Assisted Stretching (AIS, PNF) and Manual Therapy (NMT, MFR) to help you normalize your resting posture and reach full range of movement.

Since 1998, I’ve worked with companies and individuals to develop yoga, movement, and stillness programs.
Always a researcher, my views of traditional yoga are quite open minded. In addition to a long study in Ashtanga Yoga I’ve been able to learn many movement masters.
I am a 63 year old woman who has had shoulder and lower back problems for more than 20 years. Prior to meeting Adarsh I was going to the gym regularly and was about a month into yoga none of which had alleviated the continuous pain.
Adarsh’s program of yoga and stretching have been life changing, helping me to be essentially pain free. He challenges your abilities without disapproval. His expertise in Ashtanga, the combination of his knowledge of anatomy and massage therapy, along with the stretching makes Adarsh a premier teacher of yoga for all.
