Adarsh Williams is a Yoga Alliance Trainer (E- RYT 500, CE Provider), Ashtanga Yoga teacher (KPJAYI -2), and Movement Specialist (TRS-2). With over twenty years of professional experience, Adarsh has traveled the world assisting organizations and individuals in developing yoga, movement, and wellness programs.
A direct student of Pattabhi Jois, Adarsh received Ashtanga Authorization in 2004 and has completed numerous certifications with luminaries such as Richard Freeman & John Scott in yoga, and training under Dr. Kelly Starrett as a Movement & Mobility Specialist.
Integrating traditional yoga and physiotherapy, Adarsh has created and trained teachers in numerous innovative programs including Banded Mobility, Active Stretch, Sculpt Yoga, to name a few. His YouTube channel has become a popular resource in the fitness community and has led to the release of three feature-length instructional videos: Smart Stretch – Active Isolated Stretching, Smart Stretch – Assisted & Ashtanga Yoga – Strength, Mobility, Skill, and his first book: Smart Stretch – A Visual Guide To Active Isolated Stretching.
