About Your Teacher:

Hi! I’m Adarsh Williams and I’ve been practicing yoga since 1998. During my study of Structural Integration, I was introduced to the Anatomy Trains and was struck at how similar the myofascia meridians were to the energy lines of yoga. Since then, I’ve continued study of the relationship between the fascia, energy, and movement, and had the good fortune to work with cadavers at the Laboratory of Anatomical Enlightenment outside of Boulder Colorado. 

In this video, we practice a flow of yoga postures highlighting the myofascial meridians.
