200 Hour RYT

This training will equip you with the knowledge and experience from which to practice, teach and live your Yoga. Our curriculum provides an overview of traditional yoga: history and philosophy, theory, basic Sanskrit, Satsang, asana, pranayama, and meditation, along with a contemporary view of human anatomy and therapeutics. There is a strong focus on developing a personal practice through experiential learning, workshops, and constantly testing our theories. This course is ideal for committed yoga students, aspiring teachers, current teachers, and interested yogis wanting to immerse themselves in a practice intensive with a master teacher. Students of all types find their way into this training, pregnancy, injury or other therapeutic needs are encouraged to attend, yoga poses, and sequences can always be adapted so everyone can play!

Adarsh Williams is a Yoga Alliance Trainer (E- RYT 500, CE Provider), Ashtanga Yoga teacher (KPJAYI -2), and Movement Specialist (TRS-2).


With over twenty years of professional experience, Adarsh has traveled the world assisting organizations and individuals in developing yoga, movement, and wellness programs.

A direct student of Pattabhi Jois, Adarsh received Ashtanga Authorization in 2004 and has completed numerous certifications with luminaries such as Richard Freeman & John Scott in yoga, and training under Dr. Kelly Starrett as a Movement & Mobility Specialist.

Advanced Yoga Teacher Training

Beyond the basics, the Advanced Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training is your opportunity to add greater clarity and depth to your teaching and practice. Upon completing the program’s 50 hours of intensive practice and interactive workshops, you will not only have the technique and skills in Intermediate/advanced asanas, but also, if you are a teacher, you will gain more confident in safely teaching Intermediate/advanced level postures to your students.

This training is based on the principles of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. However, the training is open to practitioners from all traditions as the methods can be applied broadly to virtually any movement system.

  • Yoga practitioner who have a solid personal practice and interested in Intermediate/advanced level asanas. (It’s not necessary to have mastered all of the poses, but you should have a good foundation in yoga and working knowledge of key techniques such as breath and bandha.)

在踏入Adarsh的TT教室之前,老實說我對於八肢瑜珈的真義還一知半解,只因為RYT200是一個
人生里程碑就懞懞懂懂開始了。誰知道,這是一段從核心價值開始讓自己改變的旅程。


瑜珈發生在心智穩定之時——在每個嚴謹的晨練中,透過身體上的磨練與精準要求,每個瞬間都 是屬於自己跟自己的對話記憶。只有透過了自身的體驗,才能夠開始摸索如何去教學。Adarsh 的 教學裡,非常用心在如何進行「準確但貼心的調整」。在瑜珈老師的身份之前,他是一位按摩 師,對於人體解剖學與「禮貌的接觸」有自己獨到的見解。也因此每次下午的教學課,都會有充 裕的時間讓同學們互相試刀討論,看看怎樣的調整是最令學生安心,也最快能讓學生做到我們希 望的進步。
